Do you have an interest in landscape design and creating beautiful graphic visuals? Are you passionate about play? Jupiter Play are currently recruiting for an experienced designer to deliver some of the UK’s most creative play spaces.

Job Overview:

To assist in delivering creative and innovative design schemes for outdoor play areas around the country, in line with the Jupiter Play vision. You will be required to produce complete solutions that will include CAD plans, 3D presentations and costings to the high standard that our customers expect. This is a role for a team player able to work closely with other members of the design team to produce outstanding output.

Skills:

  • Working to given design briefs in order to create successful outcomes
  • Highly competent in a relevant 3d software package such as 3DS Max
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Several years’ experience in play or landscape design
  • A creative mind and flair for design
  • Great time management and the ability to work well under pressure to fulfil customer deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Confident in producing precise costings to support designs
  • Strong communication skills and can form relationships with the team, our clients, and our suppliers
  • An understanding of hard and soft landscaping is preferable

The successful candidate will be responsible for their own continuous development with the guidance of the Design Manager to ensure that designs are innovative, keeping the company ahead of the competition.

Working hours
Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.00pm; Friday 8.30am – 4pm.

Hybrid remote with one day per week in our Nottingham office.
