Are you an experienced sales professional in the play, leisure, or public realm sector? Do you have the drive to build lasting partnerships and grow a well-established territory?

We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team at Wicksteed, a trusted name in the design, manufacture, and installation of playground and recreational spaces across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on an established base of customers in the South of England/South East/London, particularly within local authorities.

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
Part of: A supportive, collaborative UK-wide sales team

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Following up on leads, marketing activity, and new business opportunities to introduce prospective clients to Wicksteed’s solutions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders across the public and private sectors
• Taking a hands-on role in the development and submission of tenders and quotations
• Managing a well-planned, proactive schedule to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conducting site visits to assess locations and develop tailored design briefs and costings aligned to customer requirements
