Fawns Recreational Services (T/A Playtime by Fawns) are experienced playground providers based in Fleet, Hampshire, designing, manufacturing and installing timber play equipment primarily for the School, Nursery and Parish Council sectors. Part of the Wicksteed Leisure Group of Companies, Fawns has been established for over 30 years.

As a result of continued expansion, we are seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales across the North West. You will be the driving force behind sales in your region, building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities and ensuring our customers get the perfect play solution.

The Role:

  • Preferable based in the North West of England
  • Responsible for driving sales within a designated territory to achieve targets set with support from the National Sales Manager.
  • Communicate (written/ verbal) accurate and timely information to the sales support team to ensure process efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, nurseries, parish councils and other stakeholders
  • Lead and support local marketing initiatives within your territory.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to support the development of new products and services

Essential Skills:

  • Strong ability to build rapport, trust and confidence quickly
  • Enthusiastic, professional and confident, with a consultative sales approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Well organised with strong time management skills
  • Smart and professional personal presentation
  • Full UK driving licence

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years proven track record in field sales. Experience in selling to schools would be an advantage
