As the full-time permanent Export Sales Manager – EMEA & North America your role will be to manage and develop the HAGS distribution channels, you will build on existing distributor relationships and bring energy and drive to identify new opportunities.

Based from home with regular travel throughout EMEA and North America, you’ll be joining a focused, supportive and successful Export Sales team with excellent management support.

What you’ll do

  • Working as part of the Export Sales team to manage and develop HAGS distribution channels in established markets across EMEA and the US
  • Formulate a strategy to support sales and market share growth in each respective market
  • Analyse market size by product category and agree growth plans to maximise HAGS market share
  • Identify new routes to market and sales channels to support sales and market share growth
  • Establishing sales goals and objectives for the regional distribution channels
  • Manage a robust and accurate sales forecasting process
  • Deliver sales revenue and gross margin targets

Main duties

  • Maintaining regular contact with distributors
  • Where necessary identify new distribution channels to ensure sales growth across all 3 product categories
  • Provide distributor support via various HAGS departments to maintain high customer service
  • Submit accurate monthly order forecasts
  • Conduct regular meetings with distributors – remote and face-to-face

About You

  • Proven successful sales track record
  • A proven track record in business growth
  • Experience in managing and developing distribution channels
  • Significant experience and knowledge of the EMEA outdoor play market
  • Effective internal and external communication skills
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines set
  • Exemplary customer focused service skills
  • Remote base – you must be willing to travel extensively across EMEA and the US
