Area Sales Manager – Essex, North London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire

We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team at Wicksteed, a trusted name in the design, manufacture, and installation of playground and recreational spaces across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on an established base of customers in the South of England/South East/London, particularly within Local Authorities, schools, housing developers, and town parish councils.

Reporting to: Associate Sales Director

Territory: Essex, North London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire

Part of: A supportive, collaborative UK-wide sales team

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders in the public and private sectors
  • Playing a hands-on role in the strategy and submission of tenders and quotations
  • Managing a well-organised and ambitious diary to consistently achieve sales targets
  • Following up on leads, marketing campaigns, and new business opportunities to introduce clients to Wicksteed
  • Conducting site visits to survey locations and develop tailored design briefs and costings that meet customer needs
