We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & motivated Bid Coordinator.
Wicksteed Playgrounds are the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of play and Leisure equipment & have been designing; manufacturing; installing; landscaping and maintaining playgrounds since 1918.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience of bid writing preferred
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
- Project co-ordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident with problem solving
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to meet client specifications and deadlines
- Liaise with various departments to gather accurate information and documents for bid preparation
- Produce high quality written and visual tender submissions
- Compile quotations for tender submissions and other projects including sourcing pricing
- Respond to PQQS
- Ensure the tender specification/brief has been adhered to, making suggestions and offering cost effective solutions
- Liaise with other departments to gather information for submissions and bid library
- Self and peer review of submissions
- Any other duties as directed by a manager or director
