Schools

School play spaces play a crucial role in supporting children’s learning, wellbeing and development. API members work with schools across the UK to provide safe, durable and inspiring sports and play areas from concept through to long-term support.

Uniting children of all abilities through the power of play
Inclusive Play

The Association of Play Industries is dedicated to inclusive play. Our members recognise that every child is unique, with their own individuality and strengths, but with one common thread that binds them all together—their innate desire to play.

When it comes to playgrounds, all children look for exciting, diverse and stimulating play experiences that foster both individual exploration and group interaction. Our members strive to create play spaces which welcome and accommodate children of all abilities, so that all users can find something that brings them joy.
