As the Project Manager (Scotland), your role will be to:
- Project progress monitoring and exceptional client liaison
- Monitor sub-contractor quality and competency to ensure customer excellence is maintained throughout our supply chain.
- Proactive reporting to Head of Contracts to ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual invoicing targets are exceeded.

What you’ll do as our Project Manager:
- Carryout pre-start meetings on every scheme
- Handover schemes with Play Inspection Sign Off
- Provide daily updates to the Client, Area Sales Manager and Head of Contracts
- Liaise with sub-contractors and make regular visits to site during the build phase to monitor progress against programme and check installation quality.
- Ensure all deliveries are monitored to meet planned start dates and any issues are communicated as early as possible.
- Communicate by telephone, email or in writing according to the Communications Policy
- Ensure all issues or progress visits are photographed and Site visit report is completed and forwarded to the Client, Area Manager and Head of Contracts within 24 hours.
- To produce site specific Health and Safety documentation and check compliance on site.
- Aid other departments with site surveys and installation advice.
- Liaise with the Contracts Coordinators daily
- To Participate in team meetings
- Ensure all missing part and warranty claims are closed out within 28 days
- All snags/defects closed out within 7 days of Site completion
- Selection of images of every completed scheme passed to UK Sales & Marketing Coordinator
