Educational Play Environments are looking to recruit a suitable candidate to join their growing business supporting the project administration and sales side of the business.

This is a great opportunity to work directly with the company directors of a small business that has been operating for 11 years. Experience of all aspects of teamwork and communication will be passed on by working alongside us. Your skills will be developed using on site meetings, online meetings and the process of taking a customer from the beginning to the end of their journey.

Salary: £10,00 to £12,000 Per Annum (dependant on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming calls and dealing with appropriately
  • Making sales and marketing calls
  • Managing the company incoming email inbox
  • Arranging site survey’s and managing company director’s diaries
  • Liaising with Customers, install teams and suppliers where required
  • Creating and sending Purchase Orders to suppliers
  • Updating and creating new entries in company customer CRM system
  • Creating and sending quotations and pricing enquiries
  • Upkeeping companies social media platforms with news, offers and case studies
  • Upkeeping of company website using WordPress
  • Office administration duties like printing and filing
  • General administrative support to company directors
  • Adhoc duties as required by the business

The role will require office based and occasionally home-based working with flexible working around core hours.

Essential skills, experience and qualifications required:

  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite
  • Previous experience in dealing with customer queries and incoming enquiries would be beneficial.
  • Appreciate sense of urgency and meeting deadlines
  • Work well under pressure & with high volumes of enquiries
  • Ability to provide supreme levels of customer service
  • Strong numeracy & written skills
  • Social media experience
  • Confident communication skills
  • Good UK geographical knowledge with confidence to use Google Maps
  • Ability to prioritise workload with good organisational skills
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • Excellent telephone manner with the confidence to answer inbound calls and the natural ability to build rapport with our customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask

Experience of Adobe and/or AutoCAD would be beneficial but not essential
