KOMPAN is a world leader in the industry and is now searching for a Head of Installation, Service and Aftersales to support our UK business.
Our UK operation is looking for a colleague who will be responsible for overseeing a team of Contract Managers, Project Coordinators, Aftersales Coordinators and Inspection and Maintenance Engineers. It is a £40 million business with circa 20 No members of the Installation and Service team. Key focus for this role will be on delivering high quality projects and you will have full responsibility of all aspects of the Installation and Aftersales business.
Monthly reporting to key stakeholders in Senior Management team and Managing Director.
Your core responsibilities will include:
You will work closely with our Finance department to ensure works are completed in a timely manner. Also, you will interact with HQ in Denmark and our factory on any product quality issues, reporting of issues and Product Quality on improvements and timelines for new improvements to be released to market.
