The new Contracts Manager will join an established and successful contracts team and will be integral in helping Sutcliffe Play achieve its commercial targets.

Experience and qualifications
Previous experience in essential, along with relevant industry qualifications and good knowledge of CDM requirements.
The position will cover an area from Norfolk to Warwickshire down to the Isle of Wight and east across through Kent. Reporting to the Northern Contract’s Manager, this role could be a step up from that of site supervisor for the right applicant with relevant experience.

The salary is £36k – £38k basic + non-contractual incentive scheme + non-contractual profit share.
