The new Contracts Manager will join an established and successful contracts team and will be integral in helping Sutcliffe Play achieve its commercial targets.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate their ability to:

  • Manage the installation element of the projects that the company is contracted to complete.
  • Oversee the projects from sales handover to site completion ensuring that work is completed on time, to standard and within budget.
  • Attending site to provide Contracts Management and customer support is, therefore, a primary purpose.
  • Be the first point of contact for Sub Contractors/Site Managers and Clients during the contract period.

Health and Safety issues will be a top priority in this role, as will managing client expectations.

Experience and qualifications:

Previous experience is essential, along with relevant industry qualifications and good knowledge of CDM requirements.

The position will cover an area defined generally as the East Midlands to the North of England providing contract management coverage for three manned sales territories.

We offer a competitive salary, company car, laptop, and phone.

The salary is £36k – £38k basic + non-contractual incentive scheme + non-contractual profit share.
