21st century play design in natural landscaping

Grassy mounds, white sands, meandering paths, leafy arches alongside funky fitness and play equipment ~ where would you find all that?

Wicksteed Playscape’s stand at Windsor racecourse is the answer!

Held annually at the famous ground, IOG SALTEX is Europe’s only event enabling all open space professionals of every discipline to showcase their companies over 3 days in early September, and Wicksteed wowed the crowds with their huge, eye-catching site.

This year, Wicksteed adopted quite a different approach.  Following on from its very recent rebranding, Wicksteed designed a stand which displayed a myriad of sports and play equipment both in naturally landscaped areas and more urban zones.

The towering Monsta Zone multi-play unit took centre stage and many adult visitors were seen daringly zooming down its lofty bannister slides or climbing up its twisting, angular ladder ~ proving that play equipment is not just for kids; grown ups (or grown up kids) can have just as much fun on it, too!

Brand new fitness equipment from the latest X-erscape range proved to be of great interest to people of all ages and, encouraged by the Wicksteed team, was also given a good tryout!
