Proludic are pleased and excited to announce the appointment of
four new members of staff that will further assist in raising our
profile within the industry.
Paula Appleton, formerly of Sutcliffe Play has joined our sales
team and is now the Regional Sales Manager for the North West
region. Paula brings with her over 8 years experience in the play
industry and will be a major asset to the team.
Paula, who has already started to make an impact within this area,
says “I’m really happy to be a part of one of the most
innovative, enthusiastic and forward thinking companies in the
industry, its great to be involved with a winning
team”.
Anne Parkin, further strengthens the sales team for the South
East by becoming our Regional Sales Manager. Anne has worked within
the play industry for the past 15 years having previously taught
Physical Education within London Comprehensive schools. Having
formerly worked with both Kompan and Hags, she brings valued
experience from within the industry.
Anne has always advocated the importance of play provision in
supporting a child’s development – also a firm
principle of Proludic. “I have always been impressed by the
innovative play equipment and playground design created by Proludic
and will look to develop the education programme and business over
the coming years.”
Rob Baker will also be joining the Proludic team as a National
Sales Manager for England and Wales. Rob will be responsible for
the overall efficiency and operations of the sales team. He brings
with him 15 years experience in the industry, having previously
worked for Charles Lawrence Surfacing Plc (now known as Playtop
Ltd) for 10 years and more recently Kompan as a Regional Sales
Manager.
Having completed the API accredited SPRINTE Professional
Certificate in Management at Loughborough University, he is well
equipped to lead the Sales Team.
When asked about his move to Proludic Rob said “I am
delighted to be joining the Proludic team. It’s a very
exciting time to join an organisation that has established itself
remarkably quickly as a major player within our
industry.”
Graham Howell has been appointed Operations Manager, overseeing
both Contracts and After Sales. Graham has 15 years experience in
the industry, most recently with Wicksteed Leisure and has been
brought in to further improve the overall efficiency of the
company.
Graham commented “The appointment of Operations Manager with
a dynamic & progressive play equipment company is an
opportunity not to be missed – Proludic’s impact within
the UK play industry over the last 5 years has established them as
market leaders in futuristic and exciting play equipment design.
This trend is the envy of all within the play industry, who
wouldn’t want to be part of this forward thinking
team.”
