We are pleased to announce that we are installing our first Bowl in the UK – second only to New York City Skatepark!
The Dickerage Lane Adventure Playground in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames had their first Rhino Ramps installed in 2004, there is an existing Piano/Flat Bank/Quarterpipe Combo, Funbox Combo, Quarterpipe Combo, Spine and Grindrail – they are now pleased to be expanding the park with this new, exclusive unit.
The Bowl is 1.8m high x 11.42m wide x 14.66m long and comes with a 3.66m wide Quarterpipe to gain access. The ramps are constructed using a range of materials – each one selected to create a ramp that is popular with users, local authorities and residents alike – it’s quiet in use, robust and a good ride.
The three dimensional surfaces of a Bowl allow for a more challenging and continuous ride than flat transitions. Users are generally considerate towards each other and take it in turns to ride…they also enjoy demonstrating their moves and encouraging each other to try new tricks.
