New School Playground Funding Guide from Playforce

Playforce, one of the country’s leading names of school playground design and bespoke play equipment structures, has launched a School Playground Funding Guide, which not only provides details on how to manage a funding project for a school grounds development but provides up to date sources of funding opportunities for Primary Schools and Early Years.

The Playforce School Playground Funding Guide provides a comprehensive knowledge base in order to support teachers, Governors, PTA’s and school communities through the funding challenges, in increasingly competitive funding environments - this guide helps create clear path ways through this challenging maze.

The guide helps teachers to create funding plans, from completing application forms, to building a team to support their vision in order to get children more active, to real life ideas on how schools have converted hundreds of pounds into thousands of pounds like enterprising efforts of Ridgemede Junior School - from the children, staff and PTA all had been involved in raising funds for the Timber Trail and collectively managed to turn £262 into a massive £4,000 in a matter of three weeks.

‘We have tried to make our School Playground Funding Guide as useful a tool as possible for any school, organisation or individual looking at creating a holistic play environment,’ said Julia Budniak, Head of Marketing.  ‘Playground funding is a vital part of any play development and it’s important to have as much background information as possible in order to make the right choices.’

Playforce, which has recently been recognised in The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100, the latest accolade in a hugely successful 18 Months that has seen the company achieve Beacon status, scoop the prestigious Wiltshire Business of the Year title and the FSB Small Business Champions National Award for Manufacturing, has a well-earned reputation for providing clients with a ‘child centred design approach’,  we take pride in working closely with clients in order to ensure that all their requirements are fully met,’ said Julia.  ‘We have collated a wide variety of information in our School Funding Guide because it can take a lot of time to trawl around different sites finding useful facts and guides.
