John Simmons, Chief Executive Retires
John Simmons, one
of the most respected figures in the play industry, has retired as
Chief Executive of the Association of Play Industries
(API).
John has been
involved with the play industry for over 25 years; he held the
position of Chairman of the API for over 10 years and subsequently
became Chief Executive in 2005.
An active member
on various play sector organisations, John will remain involved
with the Register of Play Inspectors International Ltd and he also
moves on to expand his own business ideas.
The API and the
industry thank John for his commitment and wish him every success
for the future.
As the API looks
to the future the Executive Committee and Deborah Holt,
Association Manager for the API will continue to promote its member
companies all of whom are committed to delivering exciting play
spaces for future generations.
