Playforce Present Holistic Grand Design Approach

ISIS Equity Partners, investing funds from the Baronsmead VCTs, has completed the partial £7m management buyout of Playforce. Based in Holt, Wiltshire, Playforce are one of the UK’s leading providers of school playground equipment. Playforce was founded by Edward and Rachael Webb in 1998 with a £5,000 Princes Trust Loan.

Charnwood Borough Council invests in play
Charnwood Borough Council had secured money from its capital programme, section 106 planning agreements and the Big Lottery Fund that totalled £513,000 to invest in 4 key play areas in the area. This included refurbishment of existing facilities at 3 sites by Christmas 2007: Cumberland Road, Jubilee Park and Rendell Street.
