The reward package includes £65K salary, profit share, car, pension and private medical insurance.

A new Managing Director is sought to replace Robin Sutcliffe who changes roles to
become Chairman later this year.

The Managing Director will take the lead in providing the strategic direction of the
Company, contributing to the move towards employee ownership and seeking new
opportunities for business growth in the Play Industry.

We seek a candidate with excellent managerial skills, a team player whose first
instinct is to consult and an inspirational business leader with experience of managing
in a commercial organisation at MD or senior executive level.
